4How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting and the providers of the AI models that power the assistant. These providers process your data on our instructions.

Third-Party Integrations: When you connect external services (e.g., Notion, Google, Slack), we send the data necessary to perform your requested tasks to those services.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or your safety.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

5Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and appropriate safeguards for data at rest. We use OAuth for third-party integrations where available, so we do not see or store your passwords for connected services.

We restrict access to your data to those who need it to operate the Service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6Third-Party Integrations

The Service can integrate with third-party applications such as Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, and others. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We only access data from these services when necessary to fulfill your requests through the assistant.

7Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Your chat sessions, message history, and uploaded files are retained until you delete the relevant session or your account. OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect the integration or delete your account.

Usage and technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and operation. Feedback may be retained for product improvement. After account deletion, we may retain some data for a limited time where required for legal or operational reasons.
